Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or packaged ready-to-drink milk
  • 2 ounces of pisco acholado or rum
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 large cinnamon sticks
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Method

  1. In the pot, place the milk, the cinnamon sticks, the cloves and the sugar, let it cook over medium heat until it breaks the boil (approximately 10 minutes).
  2. Meanwhile, beat the egg and add the vanilla and pisco little by little, keep beating to incorporate the ingredients well.
  3. Once the milk breaks the boil, remove from the heat and incorporate in the form of a thread into the egg mixture, continuing to mix so that it does not cook with the heat. Serve immediately by sprinkling cinnamon powder on top.
