Additional information
It is not known for sure what the exact history of the Chilcano de Pisco Clásico is, however some connoisseurs affirm that it comes from an Italian cocktail called «Buon Giorno» that is prepared based on grappa , a grape brandy, but in Peru the immigrants who arrived from Italy replaced it with our beloved Pisco.
Whether this story is true or not, the important thing is that this cocktail is easy to prepare and there are many varieties such as: Chilcano of Passion Fruit, Chilcano of Mango, Chilcano of Morello Cherry, Chilcano of Eucalyptus and many more.
