  • 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 liter of liquid milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (cornstarch)

  • 1 clove
  • Cinnamon to taste


  1. In a pot, place water, a clove, cinnamon to taste and the peel of half an orange. Let boil. Then, strain and add the six tablespoons of cocoa and the half teaspoon of instant coffee.
  2. On the other hand, in another pot, boil a liter of liquid milk, when it is ready in its entirety, dissolve a tablespoon of cornstarch in it to thicken it, turn off the heat and add to the mixture, stirring everything very well to integrate it.
  3. Finally, add sugar to taste and add a little more cinnamon. Stir until thick.
