  • 1 tablespoon ground yellow pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated kion (ginger)
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a pot with water, bring to a boil and color the cauliflower for at least five minutes to parboil. Drain and reserve.
