Ingredients pionono
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of prepared flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of blancmange
Method
- Beat the white of the eggs until stiff, preferably using a mixer.
- While you are beating pour the sugar and baking soda. Having the white well beaten with the sugar, add the yolks one by one. Now add the teaspoon of honey and vanilla. Keep beating.
- Remove your bowl from the mixer and add the flour. Move in a circular way.
- Preheat the oven to 350° centigrade. Let it heat up to put the dough.
- On a parchment paper, spread the butter, greasing it and flouring it.
- Cover your flat and rectangular mold with parchment paper. Pour the dough and take it to the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven and place it on a butter paper, sprinkle a little powdered sugar and start spreading the white manjar on the cake.
- Roll it up with all the parchment paper and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Remove your Pionono and sprinkle it with powdered sugar and you have it ready.
