How to Prepare Grilled Chicken at Home

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- Beer
- 1 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of silao
- Powdered rosemary to taste (do not overdo it because the flavor is intense)
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano powder
- 1 tablespoon panca chili
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tsp of silao
- 1 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Black pepper
Method
- Remove the giblets from the chicken, wash it and leave it ready to start marinating.
- In a bowl pour the beer, approximately a little more than a glass. Add the ground garlic, rosemary, vinegar, mustard, panca pepper, salt, soy sauce and oregano and mix everything.
- Let the chicken rest in the marinade for four hours or more, some leave it up to 12 hours. You can turn it over from time to time so that it absorbs evenly.
- Take the chicken to the preheated oven at 180° C for approximately 50 minutes.
- Remove and serve the chicken.

It is said that this delicious chicken was first made known in a chicken shop called "The Blue Farm" located in Chaclacayo – Lima . of which Franz Urich he was the owner of this place and had consolidated a recipe that had already taken its first steps with roger schuler .
In this place the brazier oven called rotombo which gives a very peculiar taste to the dish. It turns the chicken on an axis, receiving the heat from the embers evenly.
In the year 2004 the National Institute of Culture recognized this dish as Peruvian Culinary Specialty , since over the years it has become the most requested and consumed dish in the country by all social strata.
It is the favorite treat. For me, the first thing that comes to mind is eating, when suddenly I have to have lunch outside, when they invite me to something or what I propose when in a group we have to choose what to eat.
I recently realized how easy it is to prepare at home and since then I try to put my discovery into practice and I'm doing great.
I share with you what is so requested by the Peruvians . It would be advisable to do it in your special oven, but since many of us do not have it, we can settle for doing it in our simple kitchen oven.
