Ingredients
- 4 hot dogs (sausages)
- 4 medium/large potatoes
- 1 large cup of oil
- Salt to taste
- Creams to taste
Method
- Wash the potatoes in a bowl with a brush or by rubbing them with your hands.
- Having the potatoes washed, peel them one by one.
- Chop them straight, long, rectangular pieces. The thickness can vary according to your taste, although an average thickness is recommended. It is advisable to wash the already chopped potatoes again. Wash them and dry them.
- In a deep frying pan, pour the cup of oil and let it heat for a few minutes until the oil is very hot.
- You can test the state of the oil by dipping a potato. If it bubbles, it is because the oil is ready. In that state, the potatoes are done. You can fry in groups if the pan cannot support the quantity.
- Cut the sausage into slices and as soon as the potato is ready, make the slices in the oil for a couple of minutes. Calculate this by looking at the state.
- On a plate, serve the potatoes and the hotdog slices on top. Add salt to taste and your favorite creams.
