- 2 liters of water
- 4 pieces of chicken
- 1 teaspoon ground garlic
- 2 carrots cut into sticks
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1 large potato cut into chunks
- ½ chopped onion
- ½ package of angel hair noodles
- Salt, pepper and oregano to taste
- Put water to boil in a saucepan over low heat and place the chicken pieces, add the pepper, oregano and salt to taste.
